Requirements
Rooting Instructions
  1. Copy the Root-i9001-Signed.zip file to the root of your Galaxy S Plus’s internal SD card.
  2. Switch off your mobile phone.
  3. Press and hold the Volume Up key,Home button and Power button to reboot your phone into Recovery Mode.  Let go of the buttons when you see the Samsung logo.
  4. Once the Android in a box logo appears, press the Menu button to boot into recovery.  Once in recovery, use the Volume keys to scroll/highlight menu items, and use the Home button to select menu items.
  5. Scroll to Apply Update from SD Card and tap the Home button to confirm the action.
  6. Choose Root-i9001-Signed.zip from the SD card and confirm the action to initiate the rooting process.
  7. Once the rooting process is complete, go back to main menu and select Reboot System Now to reboot your phone.
Unrooting Instructions
  1. Follow the same steps as in rooting, but use theUnRoot-i9001-Signed.zip file instead.
Congratulations! You’ve rooted your Samsung Galaxy S Plus GT-I9001 and you’ve also learned how to unroot it in case you need to.

1. Download Root-Files from here http://www.mirrorcreator.com/files/NOO08FIV/Root-i9001-Signed.zip_links to your computer.
2. Enable USB Debugging (follow : “Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging” and tick the option).Remember USB Debugging can be enabled once you disconnect phone from computer.
3. Turn off your device.
4. Recovery Boot by holding Volume Up button + Home button and holding both simultaneously, press the Power button.
5. Navigate through Volume buttons and select through power button while in recovery mode.
6. Click “install zip from sdcard” to choose the Rooting Package and press the power button to verify the choice. When the file is chosen, the rooting process will commence.
7. When the process will get completed, the phone is going to be either restarting by itself or will land up within the recovery mode. In recovery mode, choose “++++++Return++++++” after which choose “rebooting system now” for restarting the device in the new firmware
